Go to Youtube and look for "agentjayz"He has some EXCELLENT videos and tuturals on JET ENGINES!!These have always fascinated me..And going thru the videos--we can see sort of how jet engines and vacuums can be connected-both air pulling and pushing devices!Ony the jet motor does it in a bigger way.Watch the engine test videos and see what I mean--these beasts have RAW POWER!!!!1200-35,000Hp.The camera mic simply can't reproduce the sound and power of these.Love how the snow or dirt behind the engine test station is blasted away.Afterburner tests are awesome! The company tests, rebuilds, repairs and converts various types of gas turbine engines for aircraft or stationary industrial uses.Motor heads should love it-and the small gas turbine engine starter cart used to start the engines. And note how the air starters are sort of like giant Kirby vacuum fan housings! And the heavy duty "fan" the starter alone can develop up to 100Hp in that tiny package! Now imagine THAT on your Kirby!Another thing on those engine test-the engine is out of the coweling so you can see how the throttles, vane controllers, and exhaust nozzle expanders work.Things you don't see when the engine is on the airliner you are riding on.
