We solved the Die-Soon pandemic here in Columbia by bumping up service charges. Our city is around 150k-175k residents and we are the only store in town. The nearest store is across the river in another county and most Columbians will not go across the river to shop.
To service a Dyson, look at a Dyson, even take in a Dyson repair, its $69.99. That is more than 10% of the original cost of the machine and most people will just trade them in on a new machine. If they think that is too high, I direct them to our nearest competitor 25 miles away. They take up too much space and they are too much of a pain even look at them.
