Wow what a nice find and with a kenmore power nozzel correct how many different brands did they use on there royals thanks? Zach

What an awesome dumpster find! I would love one of those. I understand the suction is phenomenal and with a good PN like that, it will probably clean great.

That is an awsome find, I have the burgandy one and its not nearly as nice and I paind 80 bucks lol. The suction is  phenomenal and it doesnt loose much of it as the bag fills. I do like the blue one better. Funny the same attachments were missing on mine too.

That is a fantastic find! I had the red one and I loved it, I should have never sold it.  Hearing about all the trash finds lately shows how much of a throw away society we are.  Its really too bad. But on the other hand we are the ones who benefit from them throwing away!

That machine could actually be less than 10 years old! If you look on the manufacturer's sticker, you will find the two numbers that indicate the year. I have one from 2000, and another one from 1995.

I agree and think your machine is fairly recent. An exceptional dumpster find for sure. It never ceases to amaze me what people will throw out!

You'll love it!

Our own Rick (vacomatic) presented me with one a while back--his Mother's--and it is one of my favorites! My own Mama likes it, when I can pry her away from the Constellation.

It does look totally different (and I think better). The caddy came off easily and could be put back on with four rivets or screws. It turns out this vacuum was made in 1988, but it looks much older. I'm still waiting for a new filter and disposable bags so that I can really try it out!

Hi all. I'm a new member, even though I've been lurking in here for a long time. I have the royal "classic" powerteam model 4750. I may start world war III with this, but I've owned filter queen, electrolux, rainbow, etc. and this seems to outpower them all, especially with the "panasonic" made (I believe) powernozzle.

Looks better!

The canister does look better with the tool caddy removed. It may not be as handy without the attachments onboard. Sold one of these recently on eBay and they are very powerful!

Like the name of these as well "Royal Pony". I think it's a cute name for a vacuum.

OMG!The Dumpster?Who would have done such a thing to such an awesome Vac.It's Awesome! I love the looks of that Model!Great find!

Ducks and Runs....

Nice machine, and I'm sure Royal made it a powerful performer, but it looks to me as if someone was looking straight at the Electrolux Model L when they designed it!
