The Hoover Company has routinely used model names with the -ette ending throughout much of its history, such as its "Hooverette" of 1912 and "Dustette" of 1930 among others in the United States (US), Canada (CA), United Kingdom (UK) and other countries.
So I give you now the Hoover US, CA, & UK Color Palette of Cleaners mainly introduced from 1950 to 1980. Years for the most part from 1950 to 1960 are from the Hoover Products table; others reflect newspaper advertisement spans, which may or may not identify actual years of production. Enjoy!
