sebo_fan: So I should opt for the C2 Powerline then? The reviews on that show that 1600w is plenty of power and they never require the maximum setting. Normally, the eco Miele models have the EcoTeq floorhead the but one I was considering purchasing had the standard Allteq head. I suppose there...
Stuck between purchasing two models of Miele C2 - either the C2 Ecoline at 800w or the C2 Powerline at 1600w.
Is there any difference between suction power on these?
Many thanks :)
Mine had the H lab logos on it and said it was an 'all floors specialist' but after a few uses the lint pickers both wore off!
That must be the case with a lot of brands now. The TeliosPlus model was only at Lidl and it was on Amazon for about £100 I think.
I bought a TeliosPlus from Lidl a few weeks ago and it came with the combi nozzle, similar to the one in the picture above. I think it was a European model as it was black and didn't have the same writing as the UK model.
I've seen this. Supposedly compacts 10L of dust into 1L. There's a HooverEurope video on it:
Saw it at Costco the other day and it seems quite well built. Was about £199 with the VAT though.
Thanks for that.
I don't think they've taken off very well. But Hoptoint have been really slow even when calling them up about bags/filters/spares etc. They were good vacuums with the high wattages, I wonder what these new lower wattage models are like?
Sorry to hear about your troubles with your Hotpoint Hal2000, mine was the Dual Clean model but I mostly used it bagged because of the mess involved with the dust container. Apart from cleaning everything thoroughly there isn't really much else that will help.
I also found Hotpoint's UK service...
