Just found this online and released in Germany by Dirt Devil / Royal Appliance.
Goes under name of Dirt Devil Duplex M668. Currently listed on Amazon UK at £70 but it may well come to the UK. I do like the brush roll removal - a la SEBO (naturally!) Weighs 2.1kg photos to follow
