The lady over the phone at the customer service center in Dallas was friendly and courteous, however, the issue was forwarded back to the dealer- I got the runaround. People in other regions of the country, including you Dan, absolutely may experience top notch customer service with their local Aerus dealer or salesperson. Unfortunately, not everyone has an Aerus dealer nearby or in my case they seem to have closed four locations in a matter of five years on Long Island, NY. In my case, that is not good customer service. Small issue, yeah they will deal with it, if its a big issue, they'll look the other way- the dealer doesn't want to mess with the machine or loose money replacing it for free.
