Dirt Devil UK are a separate company who are not owned by TTI. Dirt Devil UK are owned by Jayden Consumer Solutions who also own Sunbeam.

Vax UK are owned by TTI - any previous design like the U.S X5 etc models would also come under TTI ownership.
