Convention update

Looks like we have a good group signed up to attend the convention!  There is still time to sign up if you have not.  The special hotel rate ends on May 11th.  Booking after that you will pay regular room rate.  


 


For those who have signed up to attend, I need to know if you want chicken or beef for dinner at the banquet or if you need something special like vegan.  You can email me through vacuumland with that information.  


 


We have a lot going on during this convention.  I posted the schedule of events earlier on this site.  It is going to be lots of fun!  I think the highlight will be seeing Stan's collection with an opportunity to purchase some of his vacuums.

where we've been,  and things you can expect.  . .  Fun,  friends,  food,  vacuums,   ALL sharing and celerbrating ALL makes, by ALL kinds of people.

Wish we were coming.......

<span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;">Yes.  We had planned on coming right up to a couple of weeks ago.</span>


<span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;">An opportunity presented itself to purchase this trailer for our site at Jones Pond Campground.  Hadn't planned on upgrading for another year, but......</span>


<span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;">That put a strain on the budget for travel.</span>


<span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;">We're going to Chicago to see Kevin's son in late June (already purchased tickets) and he come to us last week and asked us to be part of his proposal to his girlfriend in late July.</span>


<span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;">Another trip to Chicago that we hadn't budgeted........</span>


<span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;">It's turning out to be an expensive summer.</span>


 


<span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;">Not feeling very great either.  Surgical leg is giving me trouble again.  All part of life.</span>
