Hey guys! It's been a while since I've posted on here. I just got a Fantom Cyclone XT and it works great except the brush cuts out then comes back on. I replaced the belt, but it is still doing it. Does anyone know what could be wrong with it?

Must be common with wet vacuums, my Floormate's clean water tank has yellowed. and all of my rug scrubbers (portable and uprights) have done this too.

The Whirlwind performs very well. But that dirt cup was just a disaster. It was hard to empty and clean the second chamber that the "cyclone" was in.

If you find the right type of adapter they will. I use the tangel free turble that I got for my Dyson DC65 on my Shark Powered Lift Away, it works with the adapter that came with it.

I just got a Powered Lift Away True pet a couple weeks ago. I LOVE it. It cleans very well, better than my DC65. It feels pretty durable, too. My only complaint is that it is too powerfull. Even with it on the "high carpet" mode which reduces suction, it has a lot of suction, and still clamps...

I'm at Bed Bath and Beyond and they have it. It claims to clean carpets better than the Shark Rotator NV400. The dust cup seems rather small.

Mine is the DC65, it made me not hate Dysons, like I used to.

I think the DC65 is the better choice, almost 100 more Air Watts, and it's several hundred dollars cheaper. I tried the DC75 "big ball" out at Sears two weeks ago, it felt clunky and it felt like it was just skimming along the carpet. I would rather keep my DC65 than "upgrade" to the big ball.

The "Big Ball" (what the dc75 is here in the US) is not as good as the previous model, the DC65/Ball Allergy vacuum (Dc41 MKII/ DC55 in the UK)

I prefer uprights, I find them easier to use. I don't like how canisters bang into things when you're pulling them. However, I just got the Shark Powered Liftaway True Pet, and I have been putting it on the caddy and using it as a canister! It is great!
