Hmm

the edgelift nozzle has been around for probably around 14 years maybe even more than that. I first saw it on an infomercial years back paired with the Airider Mach 2. Unfortunately i've never been able to find much information on that vacuum. There's a wix site for it but it's not very functional...

The official answer directly from Zero-G vacuum
"Hi Alex,
We manufactured and sold earlier versions of the powerhead on a private-label basis for use in central vacs. The ZeroG powehead is several generations removed and improved.
Regards"

Oh

Hm that's interesting. I figured the companies behind it were newcomers to the industry, though I feel like i've heard the name Amvac before.

I'm going to test one!

I contacted zero g and they agreed to send me one to test. It should be here by monday and I will have a review video posted in a week. I'll let everyone know what I think of it when it shows up.

Zero G Power

So I brought the zero-g to a friend's apartment ...my friend who watched my dog 🐕while I was out of town. The results of what was in there carpet was horrifying.

WOW AND WOW-makes me think of TriStar demos in folks homes that have bagless vacuums with stuffed bins and clogged filters!!You could have been the DTD salesman to sell them a Zero-G!!!!That tiny kitchen crumb and doormat vacuum they use just WON'T compare to a REAL vacuum!!!!

just received a ZeroG vacuum-has the same powernozzle.NICE little vacuum-and POWERFUL for its size.Does well with its stock nozzle and the Volt. When I got the machine it had the paper bag that you can see what you picked up.Fine-but those bags have the abnormally large opening so they don't fit snugly on the bag feed horn.LOTS of dirt went into the cloth bag.Put in one of the "HEPA" bags and MUCH better-NO dirt dust leakage. Also had to vacuum the underside of the bag lid.Used the NSS M1 vac for cleanup in the ZeroG.Really like this vacuum!GREAT buy for someone that wants a fine performing vacuum at a reasonable price. For China made the machine is EXCELLENT quality.

zero g

I love my zero g vacuum. I'm guessing the rechargeable power nozzle that airider includes is the one made by Perfect Products. Has anyone tried that vacuum? Wonder if it's as good as the zero g. For the price the Zero G is a very good powerful canister cleaner.

@countryguy that's very strange they want that much for that. I saw it for sale without the power head for $200 and some change on Amazon.
I'm really skeptical of that vacuum especially since they don't show up to any trade shows or do business with any vendors right now that I'm aware of.

I do often see the zero-g on sale. So if you're interested in a flooding vacuum that might be something to watch.
