I've seen this Kenmore Power-Mate and I assume it's almost certainly made by Cen-Tec. I've seen it on some BOL early 90s Kenmore canisters as well.

You may recognize this one as it was on all early Kenmore Whispertone canisters. It is also the same nozzle that Royal used on their Power Tank Deluxe canister models but with different top hood.

This link is for the hybrid bare floor brush built into power head nozzle as found on blue Kenmore Intuition.

I do not recommend this power nozzle. The bare floor brush has few bristles and rear wheels break off. Connection to power nozzle is flimsy and has broken for many customers.

Power nozzle itself is same motor and agitator as other CenTec heads but it's a very bulky head, that is hard to maneuver and is clumsy. Does handle and clean nearly as well as other nozzles.

Avoid this and get a separate bare floor brush and normal power nozzle!!
