My favorite vintage vacuum would have to be the hoover convertible because they are so practical and so reliable and so attractive that if I see one on eBay or one at a garage sale or thrift store I can't pass it up if the price is right. My least favorite vintage vacuum would have to be kirbys. I like kirbys but they are so heavy and clunky that I can only use them in certain rooms. The thing I like about kirbys is all the weird and goofy attachments that everyone bought but rarely used. A lot of people used the floor scrubbing attachment and the buffing attachment but people didn't use the sanding attachment a lot or the drilling attachment. Some of the attachments they came with where a bit tacky but that's just my opinion. I'd like to hear your favorites and least favorites.
