It's time to sell some machines and thin the herd a bit. Take a look and send me an email if interested - my email address is listed in my profile. I'd rather see these machines go to collectors than deal with the hassle of listing them on eBay. I think the prices I've listed are reasonable; if you think otherwise, let me know; I'm pretty easy going. Shipping will be extra. I will try to reasonably estimate shipping if you are interested in a machine.

First up is a Hoover Convertible U4411. Manufactured in Feb of 1988. I rebuilt this cleaner about a year ago, the white plastic base has yellowed for some reason; never seen this happen before; you can see the color of the base compared to the bag and cord. Doesn't affect the cleaner's performance; runs really well. $25 plus shipping.

Next up a Eureka

Eureka upright I found about 5 years ago. It's a really nice example of this late 80's 4.8 amp metal hood machine. Model 631D; manufacture stamp of October 1987. Never rebuilt it, because it was extremely clean and a strong runner. I think I upgraded the brushroll to a VGII after I got it. $30 + shipping. *I'm not sure if I'll be able to get the handle apart; may require two boxes.

While on Eurekas...

A really cute straight-suction Eureka; not sure of the age, If I had to guess, the early to mid 70s. "Cordaway" model, has suction regulator and cord rewinder, with original cord. Powerful little machine, in really nice shape overall, runs very smooth... but the hose is bad. All attachments pictured included. $30 + Shipping.

A somewhat rarer-bird, I haven't ever seen another like this one. Gave it a good cleaning, but was in really good shape when I got it. I don't think it was used very much. Odd that it's a "Sanitaire" - never seen a Eureka Mighty-Mite labeled as a Sanitaire. Probably from the early 90s. A nice example of an early style Mighty Mite. All attachments are in nice shape, came with a Eureka rug nozzle for some reason. Some slight pitting on one of the wands. $40 + shipping

Last Eureka for now. A nice Roto-Matic canister from about 1989/1990, if I had to guess. Maybe slightly earlier. Very nice shape overall, have had it for about 10 years, doesn't get used much. Can't find the crevice tool. I'll install a new belt on the powerhead, powerhead has a wooden brushroll. $60 + shipping.

Next up, a Hoover model 50 Aero Dyne. I found a duplicate at an estate sale, so one has to go. I rebuilt this cleaner about 10 years ago, greased the motor, washed the bag. Runs very nicely, and is in pretty good shape overall. Cord is a brown replacement. You can cut the top of an Air-Way bag open in these Hoovers and put them in place, so you don't have to get the inner bag dirty (see picture, I won't include the dirty bag). The hose would have originally been a cloth hose - but this replacement hose is what came with the cleaner. This also has the early Aero-Dyne rug nozzle. $75 + shipping.
