Hey all! Well, today I purchased a hand vac named Niagra Jr. Unfortunatly, the info tag on the front is missing, so I know lityle about it. I will post pictures when I can. Thanks!

Interesting!

Where did you get it? I just had mini meets with two Rochester collectors over the past two weeks. I'm going to try to have one with all of us soon. You are welcome to come if you want. I'd like to hear your "vacuum" story and maybe you'd like to hear mine.

I got the hand vac at an estate sale. It was in a horse barn, and I looks like it got wet at some point. I would love to come to the meet. Email me when you are planing on having it.

It is like a dumbed-down Hoover model 100.
I can see a slight resemblance. The unique thing about this vacuum is the cleaner is made from two separate halves screwed together. It opens up like a oyster and completely separates into two pieces. The other part is the suction goes through the handle and into the bag.
