So today i pack up my Kenmore Elite which I am very unhappy with, bring it to Sears and exchange it for a Hoover PLatinum Upright with the small canister.
I get it home, put it together and it won't even start! The power button blinks and it says check bag. The bag is empty and installed by the factory.

I am so mad. Now I have to pack it up and run across town again.

I think I will head to a real vac shop.

Those

Were known to have issues with their circuit boards I think i've seen about 4-5 of those now with bad circuit boards.

Sears

They were nice at Sears and gave me a cash refund.I went to a vac shop and bought a Royal commercial. It looks like a Hoover Windtunnel. It is really powerful and lightweight. Bought the extra long hose to avoid any tipping as It too had the short useless hose.Does anyone try those machines out before they hit the public? Those hoses just suck right to the machine when you turn them on.
