Rexair Rainbow trademarks SRX name - could new machine be coming very soon?

oh there's plenty more where that came from, especially on the facebook search engine. This may sound random but does anyone know the official name for this model. Like what I mean is, is it SRX (followed by a color), or is it just SRX? For example the past few rainbow models have had their names (e2) and then a color following it, ex:
E2 Gold
E2 Silver
E2 Black

Is this basically following that same method of naming a model? Like could the offical name be SRX blue (due to the blue accent piece and blue markings)

If go type in rainbow cleaning system on twitter you'll find the company that did the website and there is some pics on that link of the website and a use and care video

Omg

well this answers a lot of my questions. I'm sad they don't have a 4qt basin for this model, but im glad they do have an extended hose.

As for the owners manual, it looks nice, but Rexair shouldve made the cover of it white and blue, that way it can match the box/packaging.

in terms of the packing i love the clean and simple white and blue color scheme of it.

not only do they.....

not only is there not a 4 qt basin...the design appears to limit the size of the basin to just what it comes with ( presumably a 2qt limitation). I sure hope the CFM has increased noticeably

Thanks for posting that site for us all to view!!!!!

The big disadvantage to the single size basin is if you have a lot of area to vacuum you might be stuck changing the water more, but if it’s easier to change the basin then it might even that out.

I think the SRX has hit the US market I found a pic on facebook from georgia with it sitting in the background

Well feel free to share it. I saw online the other day that it stated selling in Puerto Rico so it isn’t much longer till the rest of the world gets it. What did you search to find it on Facebook and where did u search for it (search engine, marketplace?)

Hear is the pic. Not a very good one but its def an SRX. Just search rainbow cleaning system on facebook. I do daily checks to see if there is any info out yet. One might say im alittle obsessed with the new SRX

So it's been over 2 months since the rumors of an amazing new Rainbow. Are they still unloading the old E-series machines? I wonder if the people that buy the old model feel upset when they find out that they missed out getting the new and improved model. Unless they get a big discount, I would suspect they feel cheated. Any updates on the new SRX?

Nozzle sealing to carpet

"PN sealing to carpet? Isn't that a BAD thing?
I thought by sealing it would cut off the airflow - similar to you putting your hand over the wand suction? Same with the hard floor brush - they cut out grooves in the brush so get airflow...Or am I wrong? LOL I dunno. "

If it seals to the carpet, it will (presumably) pull air through the carpet better, though might be harder to push. If this model does that, it might mean they are going for a deeper clean, assuming the rest of the nozzle has few air leaks.

I sold the most recent model for a short time (so naturally, I want to get one myself), but I am excited to see how good (or bad) the new SRX is.

Yes the SRX is getting launch through out the country as we speak. On facebook the other day, I saw it was getting release in Georgia and then earlier last week it was getting release in the phillipines. So its getting out there. As for the price of the E2 Black, I called a dealer to find out when they would be getting the new SRX and they told me in about a few weeks-month. They also told me tbe price for an E2 Black, which was like $2950 and i was like for a model thats been out for like 7-8 years, you'd think they be a heck of a lot cheaper than that. Thats something I would pay for brand new, not 7 year old model. None the less I'll be holding out for the new SRX and all the goodies thats available for it. I have an idea for an optional attachment that Rexair could come up with. Yall know how dyson and now most cordless vacuums have something thats called a soft roller cleaner head or "fluffy" as its known. Well what if rexair came up with their own version of it and sell it as an optional attachment. I suggest this because although the floor and wall brush is great, it doesn't look like it would dust and polish the floors the way those (soft roller cleaner heads) would do. Any Geirgia dealers recieve the new SRX and can deal with a customer in Florida?

Hey

Everyone dissing on it still has to love a vacuum is best bagless vacuum built in America. Kirby and rainbow are IMO are the 2 best vacuums in the world.
The rainbow color scheme I love. I love my silver rainbow. I love my sentria too.
It's good to see vacuums made in the US are very well built machine.
I believe they said a bigger water basin it could be wider than the other version and carry more water. You got to think a big water basin overfilled could ruin electrical nozzle power supply and toast the vacuum. If you build the vacuum they build things for a reason.
I'm not going to say you have to like it. You got to admit nice to see US keeping jobs here.

As a Dealer

I have been dying to know when this one comes out. Once we sale our current inventory (not much) we will be getting the new machine. Same with all offices in my region.

Why is it that higher tax German companies can produce premium vacuums for 1/3 the price of a Rainbow? I’m all for made in USA, but I don’t support price gouging. Rainbows may be quality products, but $3300 for a vacuum is highway robbery. DTD pricing is the pits.

And what sucks is that’, that’s just for the vacuum alone, not including the aquamate, RainbowMate or any of the other accessories. If you told me 3300 for everything I’d say go for it. But then again it depends on the dealer/distributors. Either way I’m sure it’s worth the price. Does anyone know when Rexair will officially update the rainbow website with the new SRX model and all the new manuals/ videos?
