Oh the list goes on with those machines. I have 2 of them.....one was a NIB the other was a damaged one.
The plastic they're made of is so brittle that if you sneeze near it, you risk cracking the body. The motor is 12.5 amps, which is one of the highest powered motors ever packed in a domestic machine. The hose is pathetically small. The bags don't' filter well. The rear wheels are on a plastic axle which was prone to breaking. The motor bearing housings were plastic and prone to melting and breaking.
That said, I actually kind of like the one I've got. I find the concept a good idea, it's just poorly implemented. It's definitely NOT a deep cleaner, but with a good belt it actually cleans decently well. They're just a chintzy machine that's extremely easy to break. They didn't last and the brittle plastic makes them highly unpopular.
