pennies machines are odd little things. the eureka badged stuff in PENNCREST name cant be GIVEN away. only the high end hoover made stuff seems to sell. even BOL penncrest convertibles never sell; only the high end ones with headlights and cord reels sell for high $$$. constellations and slimlines are very rare, but do come up with about 1 per year frequency. ive NEVER seen a penncrest swingette on ebay.
JC penney badged hoover machines from the 70's sell a bit differently. those any upright sells. by that time hoover stopped making canisters for pennies as eureka took up that line. "jc penney" eureka powerteam machines from that era (1974-1980) are EXTREMELY rare. they offered powerheads in the princess, canned ham and iron sides all at different price points. that being said as rare as they are, they dont seem to bring in high dollars and most people arent even aware they exist in "jc penney" moniker.
