I just wanted to introduce myself to the members of the Forum. My name is Mark and I just can't thank all the members enough. I really enjoy the posts, I've learned alot! I have been obsessed with vacuum cleaners as long as I can remember. My current daily drivers are: Tristar CXL, Electrolux Epic 3500, Miele White Star w/ 236 power nozzle and Vorwerk KB 120. I just can't decide on one vacuum as a daily driver! Thanks!

Welcome Mark,

We are always glad to meet new friends here. Can you do me a favor and put this same post on the off topic tab, that way more of our members will see it.

Thanks

Morgan

Welcome Mark...

I too would like to welcome you to the forum/club.

I tripped over the forum/club so-to-speak, when I was doing some seaches. There are a lot of nice people in the club & a lot of helpful info.

I am somewhat limited on any assistance w/ other brands (don't repair or rebuild others); however, with KIRBYs, if there is any way I may be of help, feel free to contact me. And again, welcome.

Bill

Welcome Mark! Now Eurekaprince just has to convince you to add a Eureka to your collection - perhaps a nice basic F&G upright for a start?

Everyone is great here....and reading the forum is the best way to end the day....

I recently sold an awesome 70's era 2 speed Eureka upright w/ a vibragroomer I brushroll in mint condition. I paid $3.00 for it at an estate sale. I wish I kept it now. :-(

Hey there Mr. Vaccrazy! I was wondering if I was the one who bought your 70's era two speed Eureka Upright... Anyway I just bought one in the last few months on Ebay from a guy in Pittston, PA.. Mine is white with a royal blue base in excellent condition.. If it was you who I got this from.Thank You so very much!!!! It is in my collection and I will treasure it for the rest of my life... Dan

Dan, I believe you are correct! Honestly I do wish I kept it, but at least I know it went to a good home!! I wish you the best. Regards, Mark

Thanks for making sure those "orphaned" Eurekas do

Ever since the parent company disappeared into the bowels of Electrolux, I have been worried sick that these great vacs may never be seen again.
