Miele S230i with transparent cover???

Hey!
I got this Miele yesterday but what the hell, why there is a transparent cover? Is this some kind of demo sample? I have never seen something like that before. Could you help me, maybe Edgar knows?

Usually for "demo" models the whole body was clear so you could see into the bag and motor areas of the machine.Looks like just the top tool compartment cover is clear-useful to tell if all of the machines tools are in place.

Hi,

Sorry for a very late reaction. The were two types of this version, one with the transparent hood, and one in completely transparent look. These are very rare and were given to shops that sold a lot of miele cleaners.

I have one of an older serie and know that there were made only six of them. You can always contact Miele to find out how much were made of this one, but i can tell you be good to it, you will never find it again.
