I found this Hoover Z400 on ShopGoodwill.com just now. Sadly it's local pickup only but if you live in the Carolinas, this is in your neighborhood.
The amount of heavy wear and tear on the wheels suggests someone used this heavily and for many years, but Goodwill claims it has been tested and powers up.
