HOOVER U2068 Junior Deluxe

I know that a few members have requested this before but does anyone have a schematic diagram for the Hoover U2068? My old Junior Deluxe pedal finally went, only able to pivot/unlock for flat to the floor cleaning but unable to stand up when not in use unless its put against a wall.

Also the cord hook at the bottom has fallen out - anyone know of any alternatives?

Its difficult to say the least as it seems this model is very rare. I thought about using the back clip from a Turbopower 2 or 1 model but I think the plastic is shorter and of course it would be a different colour anyway.
