Hoover 450 Parts Needed

I am restoring a Hoover 450 as discussed on post thread #40377 and need a few parts: https://www.vacuumland.org/cgi-bin/TD/TD-VIEWTHREAD.cgi?40377_4

First I need a Hoover item number 40939 wheel as one of mine has about 1/3 of it broken off. If I can't find one I can make one on my metal lathe.

Second I either need a hanger strap including the hanger bracket as shown in the picture or just the hanger bracket and I can attach it to my existing strap and spring. Please see the picture.

As a note: the post asking for parts to a Hoover 450 parts is mine, but the vacuum in the picture is not. I got the picture off of the web and added the text to them for illustration purposes only.
