Goblin Mini-vac?

Hi everyone!

I've been offered a vacuum by a friend, and he described it as a "Goblin Mini-Vac", and I've never heard of it before.

I can't seem to find any information on Google either.

So I was wondering if any of you have any info on this machine. Like, is it bagged or bagless? is it an upright or a canister? and is it modern or vintage?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
