So through my hunt for a Fantom, I found someone selling a Thunder in good condition, and in my state even. (http://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/clt/4342975279.html) I give the guy a call and tell him I'll give him his asking price and pay to ship it, and ask if he'd be willing to ship it, as I live on the other side of the state.

"Nah, I just don't feel like doing that."

???????

I've been striking out around here, and there was one person selling a Lightning in incredible condition for $20, though in a town an hour and a half north of me and it specifically stated that they're not going to ship. I'm a broke college kid with no vehicle, so that's not going to happen.

This is frustrating. I don't have a problem paying the shipping if the price is right, but why people aren't willing to ship I don't get.

shipping

your best bet would be ebay or shopgoodwill.com click on household items then click appliances they had a nice fantom the other day, some they will ship and some they wont okay i looked the fantom is gone but they have lots of dysons a couple eurekas and electroluxes and a hyla
