Well bugger me.
After double double checking seems I got confused.
It is indeed a 4002 Honey Beige/ Tangerine Freedom with 4006 Green housing.
When we bought it the owners said it has never had a repair since they got married - they were easily late 50's/early 60s.
It was a second hand wedding present so it must of been a reconditioned one.
I still love it despite its hash of machines and at least mine is unique.
The orange really compliments the green in its own clashy way.
Wow in Shropshire eh and all these machines so close!
Another shropshire member that you know of with all these minters you often refer to?
Not so far from you.
The freedom actually came from Market Drayton.
Nice little place to go for a saturday morning drive on the hunt for vacs.
