I remember coming across these a couple years ago but then proceeded to completely forget about them...sadly, as I may have invested in one recently.

These look to be incredible machines, especially for the money. They seem to be on par with Miele's overall in terms of quality - a 7 year motor warranty, 2 years on all parts, and completely Made in Italy.

This guy, love his accent haha, just great for the demonstration and these machines look awesome - powerful, quiet, HEPA sealed, and even can go bagless!

Their website is a mess though - they feature OTHER companies vacuums first before theirs (well not FIRST as if they want you do buy them first, but just thrown in with their own product)

Anyone have any of these? Thoughts, opinions? FACTS?

Another weird thing is that their Power Nozzle Galileo is only $290 while the Parquet one is $415 - lolwut?

The Emer website...

has offered fewer Emer vacs and more other brand offerings over times. They never really took off here. I think they expected to be a major competitor to Miele. They never offered any stats on sealed hepa filtration. I think they will be an also ran, like EIO.

I like the guys accent too... He seems like a true salesman! I like the power nozzle (does it have a quick release wand?) and the vacuum features, but the canister itself looks cheap to me... maybe it's the color.... I do like the idea of having bagged or bagless as an option. I've often thought of "inventing" an "air box" to make a canister bagless, but I guess they beat me to it! LOL

Maybe it's just the way the video looked on my phone when I watched it, but it looks like that light never did warm up enough to turn on!

Wessel-Werk Power Nozzle

The nozzle that they use with the Galileo canister is a Wessel-Werk German-made power nozzle. Very good power nozzle, but I don't see it mentioned on their site at all.

Their site is just a mess and doesn't make me want to buy one of their machines at all; it looks as though they care more about pushing cheaper, other brands or just simply DON'T care about pushing their potentially higher to much-higher quality in-house brand, and even advertise the power nozzle version (with a different, weaker looking power nozzle) as being CHEAPER in price than the bare-floor only model...

Kind of a shame, as it looks like it'd be a great competitor to the likes of Electrolux Sweden, Miele, SEBO, and Dyson.
