Electrolux Super J Cord Winder Replacement Parts

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement take up reel for the spring in the cord winder on my Super J? The original reel has dry rotted -- teeth are breaking off. So now the spring will not evenly retract onto the reel and it locks up before fully pulling the cord back in.
