I agree with you that there is a lack of business acumen at Aerus LLC. That is likely a result of the lack of training and a misdirected mission of profit over people. Beyond that, it seems that Aerus suffers from a lack of integrity.
For example, it would seem that Aerus has discarded many of its old records (e. g. incomplete product history, and unwillingness/inability to give customers basic information on products). I wish they would just say that they have gotten rid of their records instead of saying that it's against their policy to give out information to individuals. Also, business persons of integrity do not engage in manipulative selling practices just to boost their profit margin. Correspondingly, customers should be taught how to use their machines. I can't believe the number of machines--some vacuum cleaners but mostly shampooer/polishers-- that are listed online as "never been used" or "hardly ever used". This tells me that the machine was "thrown in" (not really desired by the customer) to make a sale, or the customer was hoodwinked into thinking that it was something they needed. I can't believe that Aerus, or Electrolux before them, didn't even sell a wet vac with the floor scrubber. So you either have another expense of a wet-vac, or you need to come up with your own method of picking up the dirty water from the floor. Anyway, I'll bet that Aerus has never put out customer surveys to determine the desires of customers--it doesn't match their style.
As for the colors, Tom, I think I've finally figured them out--thanks for your help. Would you say, then, that the C104A is a two-toned gray (with light gray trim)? What color is the trim of the C104H?
I'm guessing that the C104A ran from 1994-1996, and the C104H ran from 1996-1998. Is that correct?
What colors were the Epic 8000 SR that replaced the Rennies?
