Hi Guys:

I was given this CB a few days ago and, since I had most of the parts, decided to restore it for my collection. Have as much done on the CB as I can - it works well. I still need the cloth bag (I know I had one but cant find it LOL), top cover, clip that keeps the hose from turning and the proper brown rubber for the floor nozzle (As you can see in the pic this one has the rubber from the CB that was out with the brown G) Anyone have any of these parts spare?

Doug

1205-Era CB

Yup-There is a 1205-era CB, I have one, to see a picture of it go to the "Collections" tab in vacuumland, click on it, then click on "Electrolux-Dude's Collection in Texas" and it is picture #13 of 14. I still have it.
Enjoy--
Nathan

very nice CB

I have one of these sitting in the corner of the basement and haven't done a thing with it since bringing it home 3 years ago. Mine is from the 1205 era.

There was actually a light blue CB to match the blue model G, a tan/brown CB to match the tan L, a blue/silver CB to match the 1205 /L and the brown/silver one shown here that matched the olympia. I also have been told that there was a gold/silver one to match the super J but have never seen one. Anyone have any info on that one?

Elux CBs

In the model G days the CB had painted tank with the stainless steel an option.I have only seen one painted.Another option was wet pick up with float ball inside tank.--- Your brown CB looks good.Rare to find good original hose.I may have other half of swivel lock. The half on tank should be pointed downward.---There was a wet pick up Elux available in addition to the CB in maybe the Super J days.Seems to have been private labeled for Elux.Anyone know more?

Lux CB

I got this expecting to do GREAT things with it. Three years later, its still sitting in the same place in the basement I put it when I brought it home. LOL

Hi Jimmy:

Found the other half of the swivel lock today - I knew I should have one but couldnt find it. Now if I can only find the cloth filter bag.

The machine that had the wet pickup ball was dubbed the CBW and the other one that was dedicated for wet dry was the CW. I have the repair sheet for them here. Have never seen the actual machines though.

Ok - since we keep getting the same question I dug these out and Scanned them. First this is the model CBW - note the motor mount is totally different from the plain CB as it had a bypass motor in it. There also was no powernozzle connection.
