Help Support VacuumLand:

Because none of us like stick vacuums and aren't willing to spend buckets of money on one. Also most of the people of this website are in America. (hence why I use imperial measurements) It is impossible to "deep dive" into a machine that no one other than a few owns.
I enjoy Dyson stick vacuums and have used their products in general. But I'm not gonna blindly defend them either.

V16 has some good technologies but also seems to suffer from some design problems.

FrickHelms video showed a lot of dust in the filter chamber. That's terrible. So it's not just the cleaner head. Problems all around.

It feels like the V16 is a prototype that they didn't finish yet.

This forum is ignorant!

Why can't anybody deep dive into the machine?

If somebody’s wanting to buy me one, I do what I consider a deep dive on it.

Of course, my deep dive would not be a scientific one, and I suspect a lot of folks would not like the results, no matter what I would find.

I meant none of us as in there is only a few people saying SOME good things about it while most others have shown on this thread and others that they don't like/love dyson's.

Dear everyone... I have told TechRadar. They noticed me, so I replied. About time I try teaching reviewers like these the proper ways, as @Vacuum Facts intended. But surely, hardly anyone would wait for any fix to arrive, so @Vacuum Facts delaying the V16 review to 2026 wouldn't just sting, it would NUKE. There's a good reason (and no bad reason) I did stuffs such as asking for the necessary mod. You know the drill.

It's not quite that. There are good technical explanations for the things people have seen cosmetically that make the V16 weak as a product but no one seems to have figured out why. There are dozens of reviews now. Dozens. And not a single one has connected the dots and shown why various things are happening with that product. That to me is far worse than any failures that Dyson are guilty of. It illustrates the serious failure of the internet and social media and those contributing to it. The sheer scale of that failure—which is the worst thing of all and deserves more criticism that anything by far—is getting a free pass. The V16 has been a rare opportunity to expose this deficiency and it too will be hammered in my review, along with Dyson.

And I'm helping you out by calling said reviewers out.
