Do you think Dyson Appliances will go Up in Value after James Dyson has Died?

I saw a purple and green DC03 with tools and the adaptor one?! All original too, and it was £20, but was dirty

The one I saw was the Absolute model - no tools but clean condition & had instruction booklet.

Sometimes artwork becomes more valuable when the artist dies due to the lack of a future supply. Unless you have reason to believe that the Dyson company will cease to exist after his hypothetical death, there is no reason to expect the value of dyson products to be affected. Rare products like Tom's Pink Dyson will be valuable due to their short supply independently of whether James Dyson lives or dies.

I agree that the death of Boss Hoover or James Kirby has little if any affect on sales or value.After wishing Mr Dyson a normal lifespan we might wonder if Dyson ,that is known in part for color,will follow the example of another British product as when Rolls Royce changed the radiator nameplate from red to black?
