So, I did a review on one of these (please pardon my video editing skills, or lack there of) and honestly I was sincerely impressed! Filtration probably isn't the best, but this lil guy packs somepower. I was just curious though, are these the same as the...Emer stick vac?

Anywho, hope ya'll enjoy :3

Nice review

Very nice review. I’m impressed with all of the attachments and think it could be more useful with those little attachments with either a hose or a quick removable upper handle and a loop type handle on the body to use it on stairs or furniture. But it seems to be a very nice bagged hard floor vacuum. Great for people who need to do quick cleanups around the house. The two floor tools seem redundant since the one has the extendable brush but hey...I’ll take two floor nozzles for that price. I’d be tempted to use it with my favorite tools of all time... the Electrolux flip over rug and floor tool and the a Electrolux combination dusting brush/upholstery tool which should work since the neck seems to be standard 1 1/4.

I like that it takes a bag and hope they will be around a while.

I imagine the low speed would be useful for more delicate cleaning like drapes or small area rugs that might otherwise want to get stuck on the nozzle since there is no suction control valve.

I have a shark rocket deluxe pro for my quick clean ups. Overall I’m really happy with it and have added a flexible hose, shoulder strap, wide upholstery tool, dusting brush and mini power nozzle, along with the combo dusting brush/crevice tool attachments it came with so don’t know that this would change my mind to change from that style, but for people who don’t like the bulk at the handle area the new stick style stick bags provide, this bissell is certainly a nice option.

What store did you get it from? Was it at a commercial or janitorial supply house?

@jo

I thought the same thing, and I actually have a hose from a Metrovac that fits on it perfectly! There was no dusting brush that came with the Bissell, however, I have so many already it doesn't really matter.

I love small portable full power vacuums, and the Shark you have is a nifty little machine.

I feel the two nozzles were nice, as the multi-nozzle is very narrow compared to the dedicated bare floor tool, so if you're doing a large bare area, it would be much preferred to the multi-nozzle.

Either way, I really like this Bissell and have been using it to vacuum my house to get a better idea of its long term usability.

Amy father picked up a black Hoover quick broom III and it has the dust cup and also a hose. I can’t remember if he still has it in his basement workshop. When I visit him again this summer I’ll look to see if it’s in a corner and give it a whirl. Thought it was interesting to see a stick vac with a hose but I never tried it machine out as I didn’t have a lot of time when I was there.

Ah, if I remember correctly, the hose worked alright on those. My aunt and uncle had one, and I used it whenever I'd help them clean.
