MMMMM!!

Almost too nice to eat. I have discovered brushing my pizza pans or stone with olive oil gives a nicer bottom crust which I used to before get saugy depending on the toppings. I never thought to bake it in a glass dish.

I baked this pizza on a large metal baking pan, the kind used for baking cookies. I brushed the pan with olive oil then sprinkled flour over it, jiggling it back and forth to form an even film on the surface of the pan. The pizza slid off almost as easily as it would on a nonstick pan.
