I've listed a very, very old Kirby on eBay -- maybe one of the first models! See link below.

Thanks for your interest!

Yes, the Sani Emptor was a production change during the run of the Sanitation System. The System was the only S & F vacuum that I know of that came with that friction driven brush system. It also would have come with the straight suction nozzle.

You're right, without a serial number or model number we'll never really know for sure.

I'm sure it's gonna sell waaaay out of my price range, but that bojack Kirby bag is FABULOUS! Never seen another one quite like it. Wonder what company made it and when?

Hey

The bag is a repro notice the Kirby is off center. The fabric is new looks like hand made and screen printed.

Hey

I noticed it looks like a royal vacuum switch and bag topper. The spring next to handle is similar to my 1920s straight suction royal.
The bag is just a hack job. I think it's supposed to be red print and lines go down symmetrical with bag not a Kirby logo instead of 3 and 9 o'clock it's 3-4 o'clock and 9-10.
Meeting at 6 bottom center of bag it's on a different clock. The bag is nice without the ink nice repo but the screen print is awful.
I would not buy the vacuum cord doesn't look right.
If I'm paying $1000 for pa vacuum I'm calling vacuum museum asking Tom if x amount would buy the vacuum . Some of the vacuums in circulation are far from original and are so rare very few people know correctness of vacuums. I fear in time some knowledge will be lost.

Well, it sold for $355, likely over $400 if the shipping charge for the buyer is added on. Winning bidder has a feedback score of over 5,000, so hopefully it was a Vacuumland member?
