Believe it or not

but i spent probably half an hour to an hour of keep filing this down and keep reattaching the fan. If i didnt do this, then the fan would of kept catching it.

after all that and double checking to make sure everything is how it should be i reattached the fan and as you can tell i used sealant and reattached the u2716's fan chamber.

For cost cutting

Hoover even went as cheap as this, using a blanking piece for the lower cord hook. I do have a spare one *cough U2716* but i thought i would leave it all original. Also some how they managed to snap this one lol

Again...

again for more cost cutting they didnt bother adding a roundel or blanking it off they just stamped it.

And finally

The last picture. Now even though this cleaner is very..how shall i put it.."bland" with it just being on/off and thats your lot, it is something different in my opinion. No air freshener no bells and whistles no light just right down basic and of course down to business :)

Also

After all this faffing around i gave her a quick test run and she screamed the minute i flicked the switch. *sigh* Shot bearing. So had to replace one of the bearings and ended up stripping a screw.
