I found this also at my vacuum shop up stairs and from what I can notice it needs a cord and foot release petal is broken. Needs a bag too I forgot to mention, needs some attachments too.

This Is the first year of this body style of the singer.
I can't wait to get it running. I have a feeling the motor will sound fine.

Here it is with a wire.
Now it just needs wired up correctly.
