Wands I purchased a couple extra wands for the floor tool so I don't have to keep changing it out with the power nozzle. I have about 60% wood floors and 40. % carpet so it makes it easy. It's just a connivence thing for me evan though the platinum is already a very user friendly machine.

I have had that problem with a couple sights also since yesterday afternoon including Facebook. Kind of strange.

Looks great Gary, happy you finally got it. Looks great. I don't care for that part about the motor running either with the bag door open. It still has the protection thing though that you can't shut the door if there is no bag. So I guess it still has that protection

Thanks Daniel. That is a great improvement. I always have my ear buds in when I clean the house. Don't hear the main machine at all, but I do hear the power nozzle.
