The ends of the brush has settings to accommodate for wear, be sure both sides of the brush are on the same setting! 

I'm no expert, but it sounds like a seperator problem!      Has the rainbow cleaned up any wine spills lately? Perhaps the vacuum was just intoxicated when it spat water, or perhaps it's rejecting the water in favor of more wine?

You're better off with the first one, attachments for the Legend II are everywhere! If you have a local Kirby distributor, they likely have a set in the back!    Are you really going to pay an extra $90 for grime, tarnish, and some attachments?

I never doubted the quality of the plastics in this thread, I only said it doesn't feel like quality! It just seems wrong, would you like your car to bend as you drive it down the road?
