    Help needed.

Does anyone know if there is an updated cleaner head for the Dyson dc40? The newer Dyson models with the purple brush bar seem to clean much better. Also if not, does anyone know if the cleaner head from a newer Dyson like the new multi floor is interchangeable with my dc40? My current cleaner...

what is your favourite dyson vacuum?

Every experience I've ever had with any Dyson wasn't good at all. I have a DC40 and its upstairs collecting dust because its useless. I have tried so hard to like them, but I just can't....Guess I don't have a favorite.

    Question:

Will this bag dock fit my Oreck commercial upright? The bag came lose from the filler neck today and made a huge mess for me to clean out. I really don't want this to happen again, it's disgusting. I use this Oreck for commercial use, and I NEED the freakin bag to stay on! Thanks so much!

Clean Grease Lubricate Kirby Tech Drive Transmission?

so much for that.... The neutral/drive pedal is about to fall off my Gsix, was considering replacing it myself, but this photo just changed my mind.....😳

    Question for the experts.

I'm having trouble with my Riccar 8850. When vacuuming, the slide switch keeps moving from the "carpet" to the "floor" setting shutting off the brush roll. I find this to be a pain since I use this cleaner commercially, today I ended up having to put a piece of tape on the switch to keep it in...

What do you like/love when vacuuming?

For me.... Carpet lines, carpet lines, CARPET LINES! And headlights......

    I'm tempted....

Re: Kirby. I just received an e-mail from the seller. Asked them If I could meet them in a public place to pick it up this coming week.

    I'm tempted....

Well.... I've E-mailed and text messaged the seller, since that is their preferred method. I haven't heard anything back yet, hopefully they will let me know something soon! I'll keep everyone updated.

the best nozzle for cleaning hard floors

Riccar/Simplicity. Has THE best floor nozzle I've ever used! My whole house has dark color hardwood floor and my Riccar Moonlight canister with this nozzle is th best thing EVER! The micro fiber dust pad underneath makes all the difference in the world!

I Hate These "No Loss of Suction" Claims

Bagless is a dirty word. Any and ALL Bagless vacuums will be disgusting, from washing filters to emptying the dust bin. Any machine I use regularly to clean my house will use a bag, preferably a cloth HEPA bag. I also prefer direct air vacuum cleaners, so much air flow and carpet cleaning...

    I've done the unthinkable.....

Just.... Vacuumed my house with the Oreck and my ears are bleeding! Why on earth can't they quite these things down some! I guess maybe it's cause I was mostly vacuuming hardwood floors, it seems to be a bit quieter on rugs. THANK GOODNESS.

    I've done the unthinkable.....

Yes, I bought an Oreck. I just took on a cleaning job at a Ford dealership, and wanted something light weight and easy to use. My budged was small and ACE hardware had the commercial model for a decent price. The dealership has a great vacuum cleaner "Riccar Upright" but the area to be vacuumed...
