John, I don't know the model of the G.E. as I no longer have it. It is a stunningly beautiful machine, right up there with the Kenmore Imperial & Singer R-1.
Here's mine! A Westinghouse model F1-46 upright, with attachments. The vacuum itself seems to be identical to the one in the brochure, but the attachments are slightly different. Handle end of the hose is longer on mine, and it has 2 straight chrome wands instead of one straight and one curved. My crevice tool is different, and I also have a dusting brush with my set. But I am missing the blower coupler, and it appears there is a slot in the caddy for a sprayer, which I don't have either.
It's a great running machine and has remarkable suction with the attachments, but the brushroll is shot and it could use a new cord. The original bag is in good shape, except that the gold printing is quite faded.

This is the model SC-1 Westinghouse cannister. Think it was made in 1956. It belonged to my Aunt Lu and Uncle Jim, and I got it when they went into assisted living about 12 years ago. Most of their appliances were Westinghouse, as Uncle Jim worked at the Westinghouse plant in Mansfield OH most of his life, and could get them for half price if I remember right.
So the SC-1 is a great running vac and is all original except for the cord and bag.
