Haunted Vacuum??? Don't Laugh!

Don't Laugh, kid's ! Stranger things have happened! We have an odd occurance here at our home. We usually keep an upright in the laundry room that is ready to roll, for quick use. If it happens to be the Hoover model 63 that is in my collection, the laundry room door will NOT stay closed!! You see that particular vacuum is identical to my Grandmother's favorite Hoover model 63 that she cherished for years! Upon retiring for the night, I make a final trip through the house to lock doors, set the alarm, ect. before going into our master-suite on the opposite end of the house, to go to bed. When I do this, after locking the door to the garage that is in the laundry, I shut the laundry room door that opens into the hallway. If the Hoover 63 is in there, the door will be open when you wake in the morning! It happens EVERY time!
We swear that it's Grandmother wanting to use the Hoover, but we never hear a thing ! We now keep Jill's Kirby G-5 in the laundry instead, and the door stays closed!!! Figure that one out! We've been told that her spirit is one of many that are in our home. This doesn't bother us at all ! Now I usually keep the Hoover 63 in the hall coat closet, or with my other collection in my walk-in closet in our master-suite. Now the doors stay closed at night! I guess Grandmother approves of saving the Hoover 63 for "special" vacuuming sessions!
I'd like to know what makes that Lux "HAUNTED" ????
Have any of you had any "paranormal" vacuum experiences???

Kenny that is unreal!! It must make you feel good to know that she is there with you in spirit. Terry

Actually (if you like other types of old crap like me :P) the seller has some pretty interesting stuff.

Also I think the lux being haunted is more the location it was found, rather than the actual machine.

Apparently this guy I knew broke into this abandoned hospital like place (lol) in britain and there was a room full of old UK lux cylinders..course i'd never have the guts to get em ;p
