Does anyone know who got the Whirlpool V150 off ebay? I've never seen anything like that turn up. It went for a decent peice as well. I will attach some screenshots from my phone of the ebay listing, for the archives. What a beautiful and rare machine. Looks very similar to my Lady Kenmore Whispertone and the Kenmore Whispertone 90.
Hopefully someone will share their find.

I don't know, but...

That hose certainly doesn't look like it goes with it. All the ones I've ever seen from that Era had regular vinyl hoses. That looks like an old filter queen hose or something. Nice cleaner though.

That is from

The early to mid 60s, It would have had the L shaped power head and a vinyl hose.

That hose is a fit all replacement. I have 2 of them same pattern. One is on a Rexair B and one is on an Airway 77. It's not a bad looking hose though.

Alex B Is this the canister that would go with your L shaped nozzle?

The hose

Isn't correct, by this time all Sears was using vinyl hoses. So I'm sure this Whirlpool was using the same. These machines used the same L-shaped power nozzle that their Kenmore cousins used. We don't get to see many of the Whirlpool vacuum products of that time period, they must have not sold many. I know only of a few Bambis around, even that was the economy cleaner. Not sure how many of the Imperial Mark XIIs are floating around, or the Celoc and Super Celoc. The name plate also says something about Oreck corporation on it. The attachments look just like the Kenmores of the era.

Alex Braun has the power nozzle that would have went with that machine. I'm sure $1000 cash money would convince him to turn loose of it (ha ha). Maybe not.
