I have been going through my Hoover spec sheets binders for the past several days, and forgot I had this beautiful sheet on the "69". One of the corners of the bag was rubbed where it had bumped against a wall. I asked my resident Hoover expert for advice and he's sending me the new bag. John is wonderful to me.
