What Hoover Upright Would This Bag Fit?

Hello. I found a cloth outer bag on ebay that has a part # of 48951. Clearly it's NOS, and I'm wondering what Hoover upright it would fit. You can't see the bag clearly; it's in an opaque plastic bag. Thanks.

Looks like that goes to an early pixie. Hard to tell though.
