It is not a bad power nozzle.....
At some point, I had bought the Eureka World Vac power team canister and owned it for a few years. The improvement Eureka made with this nozzle over the previous Express nozzle was that this has edge-to-edge brushes because the drive belt was moved off the edge an inch or two. It actually was a very good design, and the Eureka World Vac ended up top ranked in Consumer Reports in the early 90's because of it's excellent carpet cleaning. This thing really moved - it almost felt self-propelled!
By the way, Swedish Electrolux has broken out of their North American "Orange Contract" and are now offering some new models in a "kewl" lime green. The new Oxygen power team canister offers an electrically driven mini power brush for upholstery - very well designed with an adjusting contact frame featuring blue "Miracle Brush" lint strips. Nice.......
