Picked them up as they were made in USA so I'm guessing 90's
Will have to get model numbers oh the Hoover ..its a grey color w I think only 2 brush speeds.

Hoover spin scrub works fine but didn't come w hose & upolstery wand / attachments but I was reading the Hoover is better than the Bissel Pro Heat that I have.

The Dirt Devil Plus 2 speed made in USA is the red hand vac w red cloth bag & the motor sounds great.
Mod 08130 mfg code G95D plant D 2 amps. See lamb on the inside motor

I wish it was the metal handvac but it was $10 so I figured it could come in use.
