My grandpa used to call every vacuum an Electrolux.

Somebody should snag it up! These compacts are quite excellent machines. I've had many in my collection and my grandfather has three that he uses around the house since he purchased them long ago new.


My daily machine is a Tristan cxl. The modern version of these. Same classic design

Yes,GREAT little machines!Price is good!!!But we all know it is NOT an Electrolux no more than all hand held circular saws are "Skillsaws"

Had a rebadged one years ago and remember it being a excellent little machine with a great power head.
I think mom upgraded to a Kirby and finally gave it away to a family friend. Wish I still had it now and wouldn't mind seeing how it stacks up to the Royal 4650 I have now.
If nothing else it looked cool and was pretty quiet from what I remember.
