Good luck! Yesterday I found a G4 for $25. Looks like it just needs a good cleaning.

Check the classifieds in the local papers too you will find them for sale. also yard sales are good places to buy them I got a G5 for 100.00 about 5 years ago. It has the standard attachaments and rug renovator. I also got a Legend II at a yard sale for 100.00 about 5 years before that. It has the above floor attachaments. I haven't seen to many at the Goodwill stores around here lately. about 10 to 15 yrs ago I was seeing them regularly.

Also if you find a vacuum (or not) it doesn't hurt to ask if they have hoses or attachments in the back. Along with the $25 G4 I also found a box with a Classic III hose and nozzle, I asked if they had anything else the guy was nice and took me in the back and I dug up 4 heritage hoses and some other Kirby attachments. $10 for the box.
